The A340-300 was the “grandfather” of the A340/330 family. - The A340-300 is basically the same aircraft as the A330, which has only two engines, slightly reduced weight, tank capacity and different flap deflections, while the A340-500/600 is actually a new aircraft, just using the same fuselage components. The A340-300 has the highest wingload and the lowest power-to-weight ratio of the A330/340 family, which makes it a bit more a challenge to fly, particularily while climbing to high altitudes after takeoff at MTOW. This A340-313X has a little extra power.
The A340-313X comes with the liveries of launch customers Lufthansa and Air France and otheres. You'll get two ready-to-fly packages, since Lufthansa uses a roof antenna configuration which I never saw by other airlines. The SWISS version is an independant package since it comes with the EIS 2 panel (switch the picture in the top frame!). More variants and liveries will be made by the time.
The manual contains many authentic data and procedures which partially apply to the real aircraft. Wherever necessary, differences of functionality between the real world planes and the digital models are mentioned.
