I am proud to announce the aquisition of the Douglas DC8-71 from Wilson Aircraft, created by Mike Wilson, panel by Gerhard Strack †, transferring the exclusive and unrestricted rights of usage to me.

Presently this aircraft is almost left as I received it. I just replaced the starter buttons by those turning on ignition, so you the engines do spool up now, and made minor corrections on the ailerons. And I just received a version by Mike with the correct passenger window size. On the screenshots shown here they are slightly too large.

The aircraft is ready for XP 8.60+, and there will be no further update within XP 8. It already works fine with XP 9, and it will be modified and upgraded to take full advantage of the benefits of XP 9 in the future. Users registered at Peter's Aircraft will receive free updates throughout XP 9.

The DC8-71 comes with the DHL livery as default. Many other liveries are available for free download.
