• IMPORTANT INFORMATION for all customer with a COMCAST.NET or a MINDSPRING.COM e-mail account

Since several years my e-mail server is blocked by comcast, and since a comple of months also by mindspring.com (Earthlink) without giving a reason, and persistantly ignoring written protests. So it is impossible for me to send download links for new purchased aircraft, updates and actual information to customers who use a comcast.net account.

I can assure you that I hate SPAM not less than you do. I never sent mass e-mails to anyone else but to registered customers who were expecting those messages, because they paid for them, and I never will do that. Comcast and mindspring actually are blocking my business to a significant number of my estimed customers. We had contacted them repeatedly and asked them to withdraw the blockage. No response until now!

So it is mandatory, if you want to receive the planes you ordered, the updates you paid for, the newsletters you want to read... please provide any e-mail adress you like, but not one from comcast.net (and no French one), unless the situation is cleared.

In particular: DO NOT USE A COMCAST.NET or MINDSPRING.COM ACCOUNT IN YOUR PAYPAL PROFILE FOR PURCHASES! I CAN SHIP THE DOWNLOAD LINKS, BUT NO UPDATES!
