Korean Air received it's first of ten A380 units on 24th May 2011, powered by Engine Alliance GP7200 engines. It has as few as 407 passenger seats, since the enire uppder deck is reserved for business class passengers (94), while on the main deck 12 first class and 301 economy class seats are installed. Since asian travellers have an extraordinarily high demand for business class capacity, also Singapore Airlines adopted this concept for the final eight (out of 19) A380 units ordered.
Like my other A380 models, the Korean Air edition also comes as a complete aircraft package, not just as a repaint. Otherwise the paint sceme and some technical details could not have been realized correctly.
